This was the day we took a field trip to the south side of the island to see the volcanoes!

Made it to Volcanoes National Park in time for lunch. I took this opportunity to try a local favorite - musubi - while watching the volcano.
Active seismic monitor at the volcano museum. We didn't experience any earthquakes while we were there, but I did feel one on the other side of the island later on in the week.
